Designed for thin-wall precision parts, the clamping unit features optimized platens, toggle linkages, and tie bars for high precision, fast cycling, and extended service life. The injection unit adopts a dual-injection balanced structure with a high-mixing screw and linear guides, ensuring stable and accurate molding. Equipped with a high-response Inovance servo hydraulic system, optimized oil circuits, and non-welded piping to prevent leakage and save energy. The 10-inch LCD screen and intelligent algorithms enable production data storage and traceability, supporting full-process digital control while balancing high‑speed output and product quality.
